It fits the (more or less round) grille over the camp stove burner perfectly, and, almost makes that stove, which I'm not terribly happy with, work well. This is in the summer kitchen--outdoors.
It also does what it's supposed to do, that is, spread the heat so that there aren't hot spots in the pan. That's what I needed. The other is a bonus.
Somebody said they didn't think it was substantial enough. I don't agree. it doesn't seem likely to warp, partly because there is a rim. Which may not make it quite as nice for a large flat grille.
