This is the worst piece of junk I've ever purchased. It's made from a cheap grade of aluminum and is definitely NOT non-stick. The handle constantly works loose. Tiny pieces of the "non-stick" finish chip off each time I use it (and no, I'm not using metal utinsels and no I'm not scrubbing it with steel wool). I'm really surprised that Nordic Ware would sell such a worthless piece of trash. Do yourself a favor: buy something else.
