This pan is cute for individual cakes. The recipe does not make just 6, so you need to wait and cool it before making more. It is not easy to clean at all but worth it for a treat every now and then. I did not have any trouble with cakes sticking although the tips of the design become saturated with sauce and not really cake. Very easy to make and the recipe is fabulous.
