Any recipe that calls for a 9" pan, just divide the batter/dough evenly within the 8 compartments follow specified cooking time and voilà! Great item, no need to use butter or spray, baked goods slide right out and clean-up is a snap! After keeping this item in my wish list for some time now, I broke down and bought it. I'm Soooo glad I did and only wish I had done so sooner, I made cornbread in it last night and it turned out beautifully!
